How To Use

1. Shave hair and clean the target area with plain water before each application
2. Hold bottle 2–3 inches from the skin and apply 4–5 sprays (~1.5 mL) over the area
3. Spread gently with a gloved finger for full coverage. "Always wear nitrile gloves when applying. Curcumin will stain skin and fabric yellow for several days."
4. Allow 15–20 minutes to absorb — use a soft cone or limb sleeve during this time
5. Apply twice daily, ideally 1–2 hours after a meat-based meal

6. Follow the 14 days ON / 7 days OFF cycling protocol
